Our roofing maintenance services are carried out by our experienced and hardworking team and within these contracts, they will complete reports, repairs and cleaning for you. We will work with each customer to ensure you get a bespoke solution based on your requirements and our assessment of your roofing health.

No matter whether you are an owner, manager or occupier of a property, there are certain responsibilities and obligations regarding maintenance inspections that you must adhere to. These are generally an annual or 6 monthly assessment of roofing, pipes and guttering. We appreciate and understand that daily life can mean this gets forgotten about and so we will provide services to support you - making your life easier.

Howie’s Roofing’s priority is to always provide the best service in a safe and secure manner and as a result, before we provide any quotations, our team will undertake the following:

• Ensure access to the property is safe for all involved
• Assess whether any branches or trees must be removed prior to confirming work timeline and cost
• Decide whether the area requires clearing prior to maintenance starting

Both types of contract (Annual and 6 monthly) will include the following services:

• Inspection of roofing for debris causing blockages or damage and subsequent removal
• Assessing roofing for signs of damage and wear and tear
• Repairs that can be carried out on site within contracted hours on site. Where this is not possible, a detailed quote will be provided to complete the task

It may be the case that work carried out is covered by your insurance and we would advise you to speak to your provider to find out what is covered and how to claim. It may be that upon completion of the work, you can claim back the cost.
